Important Booking Instruction & Clinic Policy

We don’t currently accept any ICBC or WCB clients.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring a cancellation fee, we encourage you to contact your practioner directly. RMT appointments require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments with all other practitioners require 24 hours’ notice. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioners’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, patient who missed their appointment or cancel less than 48/24 hours will be charged the full amount regular fee for the service. Our reception team operates with limited staffing. To help ensure you can reach your practitioner prompty, please ask for their direct contact information during your first visit.
For other questions and support, our Reception Desk will be available during the following days and times except statutory holidays:

Additionally, clinic emails will be responded to within 48 hours.
