3) THOMAS WILL BE AWAY FROM AUGUST 26TH TO SEPTEMBER 8TH. HE WILL RETURN ON SEPTEMBER 9TH.

4) EMILY WILL BE AWAY FROM SEPTEMBER 17TH FOR 3 MONTHS. BOOK HER FOR A REIKI SESSION WHILE YOU CAN.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring a cancellation fee, we encourage you to contact your practioner directly. RMT appointments require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments with all other practitioners require 24 hours’ notice. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioners’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, patient who missed their appointment or cancel less than 48/24 hours will be charged the full amount regular fee for the service. Our reception team operates with limited staffing. To help ensure you can reach your practitioner prompty, please ask for their direct contact information during your first visit.

Additionally, clinic emails will be responded to within 48 hours.
